To book a taxi using the Etaximo app, users can follow these steps:

3. Set destination and view route

5. Select one or multiple drivers based on ratings, car details, pricing, and pickup time
6. Track your driver's progress en route
7. Confirm payment upon reaching your destination
8. Rate the driver and provide feedback
